GeoReality BV specialises in mobile 3D scanning and georeferenced reality capture for the built environment, serving construction, infrastructure and asset management.

We help organisations capture existing conditions with high accuracy and transform them into immediately usable 3D data for inspection, quality control, progress tracking and asset management. Using compact, mobile surveying solutions, we make reality capture faster, more accessible and more cost-effective than traditional surveying and terrestrial laser scanning.

Our solutions combine mobile LiDAR, photogrammetry, RTK positioning and modern 3D visualisation technologies such as Gaussian Splats. This results in photorealistic and metrically reliable digital representations of buildings, infrastructure and public space — suitable for both technical analysis and clear visual communication.
