About Game and Work

Game and Work found it's roots in October 2018 with me, Maikel Abspoel, as entrepreneur of my promising startup Game and Work. As in now I am very glad to announce that Melanie van Deursen will join me as co-founder of our beautiful organisation.

Our drive as organisation is to test & improve soft skills through game based learning. In order to do that we set up game sessions* in which we use existing games. Next to it we will create our own tool to test the specific requested soft skills, by example of your employees, team or students. * Our sessions can be held on location or home based due to Covid-19 procedures.

When the employability of the soft skills are tested we offer to provide in pefectly balanced advice on where improvement can be useful to become better in what you do.

Last but not least we can coach you to your next step of improving your soft skills and let you become a better version of you!
