Currently we are developing the “Fusta Modular Lightweight Survey Pole“. This lightweight sensor mounting pole is modulair so easy transportable. It can go anywhere in the world in a bag or suitcase. By simply screwing on and securing all the necessary parts the the system can be deployed quickly on any vessel of opportunity. Build out of lightweight and durable aluminium the complete survey pole weighs less than 15kg (33lbs) and is strong enough to carry a multibeam sensor deployed at 70cm depth up to 4 knots without the need of additional taglines.
