Furnify is a dealer portal built for furniture dealers, project furnishers and office interior companies that want to stay connected with customers after project delivery.

Instead of ending a project with PDFs, spreadsheets and static handover files, Furnify turns delivered furniture data into a live customer portal. Every customer of the dealer gets a complete furniture management system where they can view assets by location, access furniture passports, find documentation and warranty information, and submit service or change requests.

For dealers, Furnify creates structure after delivery. Project data can be imported from spreadsheets, exports or connected systems and enriched into usable asset records. AI-assisted furniture passport completion helps fill missing product and asset data, reducing manual administration and making historic project information easier to use.

Service requests become clearer because every request is linked to the right customer, location, asset, product and warranty context. This helps teams respond faster, reduce scattered communication and decide whether a request should become service, repair, replacement or a quote.
