Fundum Capital invented an unique blockchain technology which combines both crypto currency and Real Estate. We offer two different types of coins: Fundum NFT’s, which enables you to invest a set value as a percentage in one of our properties. Holders will be able to easily recognize the percentage of ownership to the rental income they are entitled to receive. The ownership rights you gain by holding the Fundum NFT’s will result in monthly residual payments based on the percentage of rights you own. These payments will be done in Fundum Tokens.

These Fundum tokens will be tradeable on different markets and exchanges causing the value to increase whenever there is rising demand for our currency.
