Four by Four Clothing was created on 04.04.2016 in a 4×4 student room in Groningen, the Netherlands. Driven by our passion for creative rebellion, we aspired to leave our mark on the way people express themselves.

Our streetwear label embodies an uncompromising pursuit of quality and an urge to inspire combined with a firm touch of boldness.

Our free-thinking vision is at the core of the brand. We believe in a world where people express themselves without limits. A world where everybody has an equal chance to discover who they truly are.

It doesn’t matter where you are or what you look like. We exist to give you the confidence to maximize your creativity without boundaries. It’s time to step out of the box.

At Four by Four we want to create meaningful social impact by speaking out on global issues we find important. We are aware of the challenges in the fashion industry and that’s why we strive to find durable and sustainable solutions.

Inspiration for our collections and designs come from the things that are close to our hearts. We combine this with an art direction that seeks to express being bold and free. We wear our hearts on our sleeves. Literally.

We strive to create a community with likeminded people. We are not trying to tell people what is right or wrong. Rather, we try to inspire them to stand up for what they believe in, and to find themselves through creativity.
