FOUND works with leaders and teams across private equity and private credit (from investors to advisors) on the two performance-defining challenges right now: building impactful AI-fluency, and the cognitive edge that AI cannot replace.

Both determine team performance, investment performance, and the future of the business.

Our team combines first-hand experience working in deal teams, extensive performance coaching experience (coached 500+ leaders across financial services) with deep AI expertise (15 years in applied AI spanning enterprise and VC-backed start-ups) to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

We typically work with companies and individuals in three ways:

1) Custom training programmes to build AI-fluency and human performance skills across the team (e.g. improving cognitive performance, communicating with confidence, charisma and impact)

2) Leadership advisory on AI strategy to remove the guesswork and build a clear roadmap

3) 1-1 performance coaching for high-performing leaders at Principal/Director level and above (limited spots, available by referral only)
