About Forward The mission of Forward is to build a coherent group of leading enterprise software companies dedicated to business process improvement. We realize this goal, either by acquiring controlling interests in innovative software businesses, or by founding software companies ourselves. Forward is an active partner in the management of its group companies, since we are committed to building healthy, sustainable and customer-centric businesses that succeed and last the course. Our investment horizon is unlimited and ‘exit strategy’ is not in the Forward vocabulary! Forward currently owns controlling stakes in a number of successful software companies, and we are actively seeking opportunities to further expand. Forward typically provides investment capital - but we’re not a venture capital company. Forward typically provides management support - but we’re not a consultancy company. So what are we? Forward is a software group with multiple group companies operating in various markets. In each of the companies the management – who are often the founders - own a significant stake. Forward was established by a team of experienced executives, each of whom has 15 to 20 years experience in the enterprise software industry. The Forward Group consists of two legal entities: Forward Enterprises B.V. is the investment division that provides growth capital to the Group Companies Forward Partners in Expansion B.V. is the services division that provides expansion services both to Group Companies and to other ICT companies
