The practice works with people at pivotal life and career moments—especially migrant women and professionals in transition—and partners with non-profit organisations to design and deliver meaningful, impact-driven programmes. Founded and led by Veena Joseph, Forerunners brings together over 12 years of experience in stakeholder management, consulting, programme development, and people development across multicultural and international environments, including banking, education, and the social impact sector. Veena is an ICF‑certified professional coach with over 680 hours of coaching experience, alongside 7+ years of consulting experience supporting non-profit projects and initiatives. She is known for helping clients gain clarity, move through uncertainty, and create sustainable personal and professional growth. At the heart of Veena’s work is a deep commitment to bridging challenges and growth. Through reflective, psychologically safe spaces, she supports clients in breaking free from limiting beliefs, patterns, and mindsets—enabling them to reconnect with their purpose, strengths, and authentic talents. Her coaching and facilitation draw on creative methods and metaphors, including storytelling, workshops, and experiential learning, to support meaningful transformation. A defining strength of Forerunners is its trauma‑informed and person‑centred approach. Veena has experience working with trauma survivors and is currently pursuing advanced training to become a Trauma Practitioner. This grounding allows her to work with sensitivity, depth, and care—particularly with introverts, creatives, and highly sensitive individuals navigating careers, identities, and life transitions. Forerunners delivers transformative workshops,and strategic consulting, supporting organisations to design well-being and development programmes that create impact.
