Foreman Capital is a fully independent investment firm, based in Amsterdam (NL). We provide entrepreneurship, professional expertise and capital to support management teams and business owners in realizing the next-phase ambitions for their companies.

Foreman acts as an active sparring partner, yet leaves day-to-day in the hands of company management. We strongly believe in the merits of a seamless collaboration with management, which is based on trust and responsibility. Typical areas of our value add include growth acceleration, internationalization, leadership development and M&A.

Contrary to mainstream Private Equity, Foreman solely invests its own capital resources. As such, interests are always fully aligned with management, our investment mandate is inherently flexible and effective decision-making is a given.

Foreman prefers to invest in established businesses in NW-Europe in the area of Business Services, Industrials and Trading with an EBITDA of € 3-20 million.
