About ForceFive

In 2004, Anita van den Hoek and I founded ForceFive. With the increasing speed of technology our goal was aligning business strategy with information technology, professionalising service management, creating transparency in IT-services and costs for the business, and improving communications around complex IT implementations.

In 2014, I created RightBrains with a mission to close the digital talent gap by attracting and developing more women with digital ambitions, thereby growing gender balance, more innovation and succesful teams.

Today, I combine my more than 25 experience as entrepreneur by bringing five forces together: Foresight, Focus, Fellowship, Fearlessness, and Flourish. I use these to help young professionals and entrepreneurs build the skills and mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly digitalising world — and to support organisations, from scale-ups to educational institutions, position themselves for what’s next.
