Focus Academy wil mensen de positieve effecten van meer focus laten ontdekken.

Sinds 2014 houden we ons bezig met de werking van het brein en hoe we wetenschappelijke inzichten kunnen vertalen naar de praktijk. Dit heeft geresulteerd in het boek Focus AAN/UIT, waarvan meer dan 100.000 exemplaren zijn verkocht.
