As a coach, trainer and person I am an autonomous professional who does create real connection and does not avoid confrontations. I love depth when it helps and I am pragmatic when pace or new skills are needed. My strength is to improve the interaction between team members and to create leaders who facilitate team results. I built 'trusted teams' with confident leaders who demonstrate courage. The results of my teamcoaching is: Improved interaction with healthy conflicts, improved decision making, more trust between team members and more responsibility for results. I intervene with theories out of Transactional Analysis, Deep Democracy, Non Violent Communication and Systemic work. My work field is the central and local government, Healthcare, Financial and IT sector and Retail.
