FlowCrafting designs how growing companies work: the structure, the decisions, and the roles that let a company actually deliver on its ambition as it scales.

Most scaling problems aren't talent or ambition problems. They're design problems. Decisions bottleneck. Coordination costs multiply. Execution starts depending on individual heroics instead of the system. We've reconstructed real work inside client companies and found single features passing through dozens of handoffs that nobody designed. It just accumulated.

We work from the goal down: what a company needs to be able to do in the next 12 to 24 months, the capabilities that requires, the roles and decision rights that carry it, and the minimum structure that creates clarity without slowing everything down. Hiring comes last in that sequence, not first. Most companies do it the other way round, and it's the most expensive way to postpone the real problem.

Companies tend to fail in one of two directions: too much process until nobody can move, or too little structure until nobody knows who decides. Both are fixable, once someone looks at the design instead of patching the symptoms.

FlowCrafting works as a focused diagnostic sprint, an embedded redesign inside a leadership team, or a fractional seat when a company needs the function held through a transition. Led personally by Sebastiaan van den Ouweelen, with senior operators and AI-enabled tooling brought in per engagement.
