Why do ditches, canals and waterways grow completely green with duckweed 🦆, while the city remains barren and gray?

50% of all gardens in the Netherlands are paved. While Dutch waters are overflowing with duckweed.

From duckweed, Flip the City makes duckweed tiles 🌱. A plant tile with integrated seeds for Dutch biodiversity 🐝.

This way we encourage the more frequent removal of duckweed for cleaner and less nitrogen-rich water 💧, and make cities greener 🌿, more biodiverse 🐛, and far more circular ♻️. Will you join us?
