We’RHere is gestart als een learning community platform die voor en door hoogopgeleide vluchtelingen is opgezet om de integratie van nieuw aangekomen hoogopgeleide vluchtelingen in de samenleving te vergemakkelijken. Samen met FlexCommunity worden zij ondersteunt en geholpen hun bestaande ervaring en opleiding te evalueren, hun loopbaanrichting te herdefiniëren en om de participatie aan de arbeidsmarkt te bevorderen.
