FlexCoach is an idea founded by 3 students that noticed a lack in practical skills students, alumni and young professionals have, which makes joining the labour market an unpleasent experience. FlexCoach will start by providing workshops, given by professional coaches, to pass on these practical skills and knowledge.

FlexCoach learns from professional HR managers and recruiters about important practical skills and knowledge, used in the labour market, and offers these in the form of workshops given by professional coaches
