FJIAC is a center for knowledge, research and education that builds towards a decent and trustwurthy government anywhere in the world. Working on the integrity of organisations is the missing link. Fjiac builds a network of academics, professionals, experts, universities and research centers that develop integritysystems and that work on the integrity of government and other public institutions. The integritysystems of Fijac build organizations and governments that are anti-corruption, anti-fraud, anti-discrimination and anti-intimidation. Fijac develops a General Theory of Justice. Philosophers and academics in the social domain work on a general theory of justice both empirically and theoretically, exploring the frontiers of justice is an important goal. Fijac develops empirical integrity research like moral learningprocesses, preventionstrategies and the working of the integritysystem. Fjiac offers educational programs to professionalize integritysystems and integrity coordinators and advisors.
