About Firm Forward

Firm Forward is specialized in Expat Career Coaching services for Netherlands-based highly educated and skilled employees, Expatriates and international workers in North-Brabant.

We offer three different programs: 1. For bored out employees 2. For employees feeling dependent 3. For employees who are burned out.

In one to maximum six steps we help you to discover your talents and drivers and how to apply them. You fill in the TMA (talent motivation analyses) questionnaire which takes 45 minutes to do and with one face-to-face our Skype conversation you have full insight in your talents, drivers and your potential. If you are bored out then this should give you the information you need to find a job that excites you. If you are feeling dependent, then we will make another appointment to dive into this and determine how to tackle it. If you feel burned out we offer a more intensive program of 4 to 6 coaching sessions including home work and assignment in order to finally tackle this feeling of not being good enough. Interested?
