About FINSTAS

The Financial Law Study Association (FINSTAS) is a faculty sub-association of J.F.V. Grotius at Leiden University’s Law School. We welcome bachelor’s students with a strong interest in financial law, as well as master’s students enrolled in the LL.M. Financieel Recht and the Advanced LL.M. in International Financial Law at Leiden University.

Our mission is to introduce students to the field of financial law, explore its many dynamics, and broaden both academic and career horizons. FINSTAS is committed to building a vibrant and inclusive community united by a shared passion for financial law. To support this mission, we work closely with the Hazelhoff Centre for Financial Law.
