I strongly believe that the impact of non-profit and cultural organisations can be considerably increased by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their Operations. I support non-profit and cultural organisations in trajectories of change in the areas of Operations, including HR and Finance, by providing training and coaching, acting as an interim manager, and generally providing solutions when there are challenges.

I am a strategic-thinking, decisive, professional business manager with more than 10 year of experience in managing operations in the non-profit sector. Basically, I like to create order in a philanthropic chaos and teach those I work with how to maintain the level of order, even in a very dynamic environment. I am a true problem-solver with broad experience in running trajectories of change and professionalization.

I have worked both in headquarters as well as field positions, in commercial as well as non-profit organisations and in various disciplines. This broad experience allows me to quickly come to the essence of a problem and find creative and solid solutions to complex challenges. Additionally, my broad background allows me to easily adjust to different organisational cultures.

My flexible communication and presentation style, which I often use to relay complex, strategic topics allow me to quickly gain trust, understanding and agreement at all levels of an organisation.
