As an independent consultant I have gained experience in supply chain, procurement, finance and sales for different types of industries including OEM, Life sciences and Healthcare. With this experience I am a good sparring partner for your complete supply chain from procurement and operations to sales and the customer.

My experience across logistics, procurement and finance gives me a good understanding for example, of the effect that payment terms have on working capital and how to be effective with ideas to reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) within the supply chain. My approach is simple and open, with an easy communication style that has been effective at project implementation and supply chain reductions whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

FF-Interim works within a local, regional and international environment and has access to a broad network of interim professionals in case additional skills are required.

My goal for the future is to work with you as a partner to help you with your company’s objectives and goals for the future.
