Jaap Ruurd Feitsma (b. 1984) is a director and cinematographer with global experience in commercials, narrative work, and VR, for clients such as the BBC, Nike, BMW, and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts. Jaap has worked in over sixty countries, collaborating with international casts and crews. He is a member of the Dutch Directors Guild (DDG) and is currently writing and directing Get In, a short film starring Mark Ryan (The Prestige, Transformers, Black Sails). Additionally, Jaap is a part-time lecturer in the Bachelor programme for Creative Business at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and dedicates time to long-term, investigative documentary photography projects for global NGO's in the more remote corners of our planet.
