About Fair Trade Real Estate NL

“Never waste a good crisis” has been the motto for Fair Trade Real Estate in 2021. Globally we are facing the challenge of reducing CO2 emissions and the fallout of the corona pandemic. In the Netherlands there is an estimated shortage of 300.000 houses.

In this context Fair Trade Real Estate has been set up to develop existing non-residential real estate in the Netherlands. We want to do this in a fair way for all stakeholders: the local community, investors and the environment.
