We work with scale-up leaders and their investors at the moment it matters most: when the company is growing faster than the organisation can carry.

Our research across 500 European scale-ups reveals the same patterns, company after company. Founders who describe their company as MT-led, yet every real decision still lands with them. Accountability is named as a core company value, yet it is not lived in practice. Learning culture is perceived as high by the MT, yet scores low. The gap between what leadership teams believe about themselves and what the data shows is the most consistent and expensive blind spot in a scale-up. We make it visible, and then we help close it.

We are practitioners first—ex-COOs, leaders, business builders, researchers—with a research base most leadership firms don't have. We work with founders, MT's and VC investors through Growth Assessments, Leadership Labs and Tailored Trajectories. Our work is data-driven and built for the 25-to-1.000-person organisation navigating the hardest part of the scaling arc.
