The person behind Expats Nest started its activities as a housing agent in 2005 in a small office near the center of Amstelveen with a team of ten people, and in the following years it continued to expand with a more extensive team and has since established itself in several locations in the Netherlands. Whereas in the early years the emphasis was still on the rental of properties, due to changes in the market we have also started focusing on the purchase and sale of houses.
