About Exergy Training

Exergy training is a training and coaching company founded in 2009 with a focus on developing professionals and the teams they are part of.

We train scientific researchers to live up to their potential in order to help our academic clients create a competitive advantage in achieving global excellence. One of our core products is a course specially tailored to the workflow and needs of PhD's. It is called "Achieving your goals and performing more successfully in your PhD"​. It consists of four sessions and is given in English.

Next to this course, we also offer several b2b products. The compact course "Creativity, innovation and science"​ intends to raise the creative performance of teams and spans a couple of hours. The workshop "Evidence-based brainstorming"​ provides a brainstorming format for generating useful and creative ideas and takes approximately one day. Both products lean heavily on scientific research and can be given in Dutch or English.
