About Excel Arts Academy

In the arts academy, arts are being taught in a “living” way to the students who sign up for the program. The students make the learning material their own in a pleasant manner and in a nice and relaxed environment. Through this program the students get stimulated to participate in and to "experience"​ art and culture. The presented system stimulates the students as individuals to further explore other ways to experience art and culture, because art is actually inextricably connected to young people. Art is a continuous part of their daily lives and plays a big role in the creating of their own identities. The mission of the Excel Arts Academy is to ensure that each individual that attends the academy will be fully developed to become a productive member of our society. The academy tries to accomplish their goal by reaching students through artistic and cultural education and trough this means to transfer high norms and values to the students and to encourage them towards self-knowledge, self discovery and development of their talents. Furthermore, the academy tries to develop individuals who in their turn can contribute to the education of other individuals so that those individuals can become positive leaders who will also be able to contribute to the development of their island.
