About Eveline Verburg Illustratie AND Design

Hi, I’m Eveline and I like to create digital artworks! I especially enjoy drawing characters interacting or conveying strong emotions.

I’ve always enjoyed drawing, but only started considering it as a possible career path around 2011. I’ve spent a lot of time developing my skills since then. I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Media Design at the Hogeschool Utrecht, and spent six months studying illustration at the HAW Hamburg in 2013.

Today I work as a freelance illustrator, alongside a parttime job at a graphic design company. I’ve drawn a broad variety of commissions for both companies and individuals, and I manage to make time to draw for myself sometimes as well (thanks to the support of my lovely Patrons!). To challenge myself to keep improving, I started a daily drawing project on January 1st 2016, which I’ve been doing ever since.
