About European Center for Diversity Equity AND Inclusion

European Center for Diversity and Inclusion is a pioneer in the emerging field of Diversity and Inclusion. We seek to take part in the opportunities of the transition towards a non-discriminatory, inclusive society where everyone has a sense of belonging. Our mission is to make the world a better place. Those are big words, but every step towards inclusivity that we do counts for the bigger cause. In the past years D&I has developed in different directions. Diversity itself is simply not enough, it’s just a fact. What is important is how inclusive you are towards your diversity or arguably even more important do you give them the sense of belonging. Our vision is to give individuals a sense of inclusion and belong on a personal, organisational and global level.
