My dad worked his whole life thinking he would enjoy his retirement. When retirement hits, he realized he still has to work because retirement savings are worth less. This tells me that the social models we all grew up with do not work anymore. We need something smarter. Property gives the opportunity to ensure our future and help more people around us. Property helps us to truly make a difference. Our philosophy is simple. If the deals aren’t below market, we simply don’t acquire them. We treat our partner’s money more conservatively than it for our own.
