About Essential Voorburg
Welkom bij Essential Voorburg; een yoga en movement-belevenis in een prachtige ruimte op de Rembrandtlaan. In 2019 opgericht door Fysiotherapie Mike Soyer uit de behoefte om in een stressvolle maatschappij een plek te creëren voor mentale en fysieke rust en herstel. Het lijf beweegt vaak te weinig en het brein krijgt onvoldoende rust, wat kan voortvloeien in mentale en fysieke klachten.
