We are ESquare Capital, an entrepreneurial technology private equity firm investing the capital of its founding partners and of a growing group of successful entrepreneurs and family offices that co-invest alongside and partner with us. We are passionate about tech, deeply value long term relationships and love to build great technology companies with ambitious, passionate entrepreneurs and management teams. We focus on robust, tech-driven and scalable companies in the Benelux, active in Software (SaaS), IT, Platforms, Robotics, IoT and High-Tech, that are looking to accelerate, transform and/or professionalise their business.

We typically invest EUR 2.5-10 million equity tickets in companies with positive EBITDA and feel comfortable with both majority and minority shareholdings.
