With over 25 years of HR experience, I am specialized in managing HR transitions. My work focuses on organizational change, growth, integration, large-scale restructuring, harmonization of employment conditions / compensation & benefits, M & A (and post merger integration), outsourcing, implementation of a new HR model, HR projects and HR management.

I am known and appreciated for my ability to get things done. With my extensive local experience I can make sure your company can implement the desired changes, without compromising on quality while ensuring your operations are compliant and best practise. I am used to working in fast paced environments, where a lot needs to be done in very limited time. I have worked in many different organizations, including large internationals operating in a matrix structure.
