About Erasmus Social Design Hub

At the Erasmus Social Design Hub, we use scientific knowledge to address today’s pressing challenges, and we create change through design. Climate change, financial inequality, loss of biodiversity, unaffordable healthcare: these persistent challenges demand creative approaches. We bring together knowledge and methods from different domains. We are used to working with a wide diversity of stakeholders, and together we search for the right questions and effective solutions. This way, we research, analyze, design, and advise to enable just and future-oriented change. We are researchers who believe society can be even better.

The ESDH is a network of design-oriented researchers in sociology, public administration, psychology, and pedagogy. Within a core team at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences (ESSB), we keep tackling new challenges and continue learning.
