Erasmus OR Centre focuses on complex issues related to workers participation. The centre is part of Erasmus Research & Business Support (ERBS). Because of her roots in Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Erasmus OR Centre has vast experience with: • applying scientific knowledge and translate that into practical solutions • independent analysis of complex issues in the areas of Strategy, Finance, HR, ICT, Processes and Change management • consultation and facilitation of works councils in case of issues of cooperation • requests of a vast array of companies and sectors both in the Netherlands and abroad, for instance European works councils.
