EnzyPep B.V. is an innovation-driven company that develops new, sustainable, green, and cost-effective synthetic routes for the production of pharmaceutically relevant polypeptides and conjugates. EnzyPep’s core technology, chemo-enzymatic peptide synthesis or CEPS, is based on a unique combination of classical peptide chemistry (solution- and solid-phase synthesis of peptide segments) and biocatalysis. Our enzyme-catalyzed ligation reactions require unprotected peptide segments and are performed in water. EnzyPep B.V. continually develops and expands its proprietary enzyme platform that is used for the process design and production of marketed peptide APIs.
