Enquire IT - Training & Consultancy Enquire IT is an independent, objective company specialized in supporting companies, who use Microsoft Dynamics NAV, through training and consultancy. Our mission is to clarify business processes, train and inspire users which results in an optimal use of Dynamics NAV. The 4 key services of Enquire IT are: • Implementation: Support during the Implementation phase • Training: Standard Training, Custom Made training, Individual or Training on the Job. • Upgrade: Support to the newest version, usually with less customization. • Optimization: How to get the most out of Dynamics NAV! Are all relevant functionalities being used? An example of our activities within these services are: • Project management support during the start and realization of the Implementation phase • Writing and evaluating customization including thorough testing. Enquire IT will always first search for a solution within standard Dynamics NAV. • Support with testing of processes and setup of Dynamics NAV • Organizing key and end-user training • Creating process written work instructions • Creating goodwill and enthusiasm amongst users • Go live support. • Determining and implementing new business processes • Ensuring all relevant functionalities within NAV are being used Enquire IT is independent and does not sell Dynamics NAV.
