About eMEN_EU Improve use of e-mental health

► eMEN was an international e-mental health project.

Each year almost 165 million (38%) of people in the EU experience a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety. This causes a huge economic and social burden for society (20% of the disease burden).

☛Innovative and high-quality e-mental health is an important part in solving this, but specific challenges and regional differences regarding the use of e-mental health products for prevention and treatment make it challenging.

With an EU-wide platform for e-mental health innovation and implementation we tru to solve this by exchanging knowledge.
