About Elmi Spektr

Starting out in 2016 as a popular scientific magazine with an aim to communicate fundamental science to the general public in a compelling and accessible manner, Elmi Spektr has transformed into an independent platform that engages with issues related to public scientific education. Our current work is focused on the translation of scientific textbooks into Azerbaijani and the production of various kinds of open scientific resources. Elmi Spektr sees itself as a part of the Open Science movement, believes in the revolutionary potential of free and open information, and continuously strives to discover new ways to realize this potential.

Elmi Spektr 2016-cı ildə fundamental elmi ictimaiyyətə daha anlaşılan və maraqlı formada çatdırmağa çalışan elmi-kütləvi jurnal olaraq fəaliyyətə başlamış və zamanla təhsil problemləri ilə daha yaxından məşğul olan müstəqil bir platformaya çevrilmişdir. Bu gün fəaliyyətimiz daha çox elmi dərsliklərin tərcüməsi və müxtəlif növ azad elmi resursların yaradılması üzərində cəmləşib. Elmi Spektr özünü Açıq Elm (Open Science) hərəkatının bir hissəsi kimi görür, azad və açıq informasiyanın inqilabi potensialına inanır, bu potensialı reallaşdırmaq üçün daim yeni yollar kəşf etməyə çalışır.
