About Elegast Cider

Elegast cidery makes artisanal cider. We harvest ourselves, press juice ourselves and achieve a unique complexity in taste through slow fermentation in the winter months. Without the addition of sulfite, vegan and gluten-free. All our apples come from old standard orchards. With our cider we give new income to these historical landscape elements full of natural values. You can join us on harvest days in the orchards in the fall. Throughout the year you can visit our tasting room for tastings of our hard and wild cider, barrel aged ciders and fruit ciders. Our cider is also available online on www.elegastcider.nl.
