Aviation is the final frontier of sustainability. No other industry has more challenges in reaching climate neutral operation. Zero emissions short-distance commercial aviation is possible by 2025, by using battery-electric aeroplanes. However, it will require significant changes in operations and business models.

This is the problem we intend to solve.

Battery-powered electric flight is one of several alternatives for emissions reduction in aviation. The industry mainly focuses on hydrogen fuel cell technology and Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). Although battery-electric flight is only viable on short distances, it is the most efficient variant of all alternatives and guarantees the best utilisation of scarce zero-emission resources.
