About EESTEC Training Team

EESTEC Training Team is a group of trainers aiming to deliver training sessions in order to develop our members’ soft skills, transfer knowledge, continuously improve our Association and support its growth on both local and international level.

The team was founded in 2008 and was originally taught by experts in the mentioned fields. From then on, each year brought a new generation of EESTEC Trainers, who were thought on so-called T4Ts (Training for Trainers).

⬛️ TrT in Numbers 141 Trainers 17 Countries

⬛️ TrT Events ✔️ Training For Trainers The vision of T4T is to empower a generation of authentic trainers to inspire, influence and bring positive change inside and outside of EESTEC. T4T is a 10-day intensive event where new Trainer Candidates get educated in order to begin their path as trainers. Experienced EESTEC trainers are the ones who educate the new Trainer Candidates.

✔️ Leaders of Tomorrow The vision of T.O.O.L. LoTr is to retain and enhance its reputation as a life-changing event by creating an experience, after which participants will take the initiative to be leaders and changemakers in their life and strive to reach the best version of themselves.

✔️ Boostcamp The vision of T.O.O.L. Boostcamp is to transfer Organizational Management oriented knowledge to EESTEC branches that need it the most, whilst inspiring the individual participants to actively lead their local boards and branches.

Besides organizing the aforementioned events, our Trainers are involved in other local and international projects and events in EESTEC, such as the Soft Skills Academy and International Motivational Weekends.

⬛️ External Collaborations We are in close collaboration with a number of other students NGOs in order to support a youth network that aims towards the promotion and impact of training across Europe.
