Our story starts with a simple belief: the world needs better buildings. In 1997, Coen van Oostrom founded EDGE Technologies with this vision. It led to groundbreaking projects like The Edge in Amsterdam – the world’s greenest, smartest building with the highest BREEAM sustainability score ever recorded.

But creating better buildings was just the beginning. We wanted to transform how people work inside them. We discovered that exceptional workspaces need more than sustainable design and smart technology. They need the human touch of hospitality. Just as boutique hotels perfect the art of care, we developed a service philosophy where attention to detail and personalized experiences transform ordinary workdays into opportunities to thrive. Our hosts don’t just manage operations; they master anticipatory service. Every interaction adds value. Every detail matters.

Starting in Amsterdam, we’ve thoughtfully expanded across European cities.
