E-com Recruit is a temporary employment and secondment agency with fun and challenging vacancies in fashion, administration, management, catering and financial. We believe that a match based on personality is more sustainable than a match based on CV and we want to get to know employers and candidates well in an informal way. Personal contact We are happy to visit employers on location. This way we get to know the organization and get a taste of the corporate culture. In this way we can properly assess in which environment a candidate will end up and who fits the position. We do not forward CVs. We only propose candidates who complement the team and the organization both professionally and personally. We also always want to speak to candidates personally. Preferably by meeting face-to-face, but video calling, meeting halfway or other solutions are also an option if there is a good reason for this. We ask about your wishes, needs and ambitions so that we know which companies and positions suit you. The perfect match After we have spoken to both employer and candidate, a good foundation has been laid. We know which candidates fit into the company culture and who we trust to fulfill the position. When the perfect match has been found, you first start working for TeamQ14. During this entire working period we are ready to help you where necessary. After a certain period of time, there is often an employment contract with the employer. Philosophy Our philosophy is that your career consists of 4 quarters. Q1 through Q4. As a Starter (Q1) you start your career. You have talent and know the theory, but have little practical experience.
