About Dutch Meat Importers Association DMIA

Objective of DMIA The DMIA was established in 1946 with the aim of representing the interests of meat importers, who are members of the organization. This goal is pursued through collaboration with members, other associations, organizations, and government agencies.

Free Trade The DMIA is a strong advocate of fair trade without (non-tariff) barriers. Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) are an effective means to promote trade and prosperity. Through our sister organization, the UECBV in Brussels, the DMIA ensures that veterinary and customs regulations are correctly initiated and implemented.
