Dutch Institute of Quality Certifications (DIQC BV) is a certification body registered under the Netherlands authority. DIQC BV is committed to comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021, applicable International Accreditation Forum Mandatory Documents (IAF MDs), and other applicable normative documents.

DIQC BV is accredited by accreditation body ‘United Accreditation Foundation (UAF)’ for Medical Device Management System (ISO 13485) Certification. UAF is internationally recognized by having a signatory status across multilateral recognition arrangement of International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and mutual recognition arrangements of Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC).

Our competent team aims to provide efficient and excellent audit and certification services, to our clients in the medical industry, whose quality management system fulfils the requirements of ISO 13485 and/or EN ISO 13485 (Medical Devices QMS) standard.
