About DoMoreForWater

At Do More For Water, we believe that water is a global common good. It is the foundation of life, and the key to a sustainable future. Our mission is to inspire and empower a global and local communities to work together on pressing water challenges such as: water quality, chemical pollution, climate adaptation, and water justice.

As an interdisciplinary initiative by Computational Social Science of the UvA, we bring together researchers, educators, companies, and students from diverse fields to co-create innovative approaches to solving global and local water issues. System change is needed.

With over 40,000 students at UVA, we have an "army" of brains to tackle water challenges together with partners.

The world's water resources are under threat. By collaborating and raising awareness, we aim to harness the collective power of the city of Amsterdam and the UvA community to revalue and protect water for future generations.
