Distribute is a young, innovative and science-driven start-up specializing in the design of Industry 4.0 planning & control systems for unmanned (production) systems for Smart Logistics and Smart Mobility. Distribute focuses on the design and simulation of generic and distributed planning & control systems to increase the effective use of unmanned vehicles in terms of logistical performance metrics. In collaboration with various customers Distribute connects purely technological innovations with long-term economical growth perspectives by developing smart decision support systems to make optimal use of automated vehicles to build the business case around vehicle automation in the logistics sector. Typical application areas are manufacturing environments, the automotive sector, distribution centers, container terminals, airports and unmanned cargo aircrafts or drones.
