Most psychology professionals do either clinical work with individuals on the inner part, or organizational: work with groups and external problems, but Dimitri Halley is a clinical and a organizational psychologist and works thus also on the inner part of the organization, which remains untouched by the classical organizational expert and psychologist. He also has run a private clinical practice for almost 20 years now. Specialties: Halley works with a deeper level of mind and learning at the quantum levels of existence. At this level a much deeper level of potential is unleashed. He uses dreams, self-awareness and deeper unconscious processes as tools for growth of persons, organizations and larger systems. Systems resist change at levels beyond conscious intentions. Therefore change which doesn't involve deeper unconscious patterns and beliefs doesn't lead to sustainable growth. Organisational/Executive Coaching: On the Organizational front Dimitri Halley coaches entrepreneurs and management/executive teams in how to achieve sustainable development from the inside. If the leader doesn't enjoy a sustainable mental development s/he cannot go onto replicate this in his/her organization or in the economy. What we call unsustainable development is based on what we call a very bipolar self. Very high ups (bubbles) with very devastating falls. Achieving what Dimitri calls continuity psychologically leads to sustainable development externally for the entrepreneur and organization.
